On Thursday, November 21st, Congress agreed on, and the President signed, a continuing resolution (CR) to fund the entire federal government until December 20th. This measure also extends the Special Diabetes Program until December 20th. The CR averts a government shutdown for four weeks. Congress continues to work on funding levels for fiscal year (FY) 2020, which began on October 1st.
