Did you know that here in New York and New Jersey over 2 million people, or one in ten people, have diabetes? Many of them have diabetes and simply do not know it. In addition, over 7 million people in New York and New Jersey have prediabetes. Every year over 150,000 people in New York and New Jersey are diagnosed with diabetes.

That is why the American Diabetes Association’s Greater New York and New Jersey office is committed to educating the public on how to prevent and manage diabetes and support those living with the disease.

We are here to help.

We serve Long Island, New York City (the five boroughs), Westchester, and New Jersey.
