Prince Hall Shriners
Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine Inc. (A.E.A.O.N.M.S.-Prince Hall Shriners) and the Imperial Court, an Auxiliary of the Prince Hall Shriners, National Sponsors of the American Diabetes Association® (ADA), embraces the fundamental principles of the Masonic Order by enhancing community visibility through vibrant charity work and colorful annual parades. With over 270 constituent temples and courts and a membership of over 25,000 worldwide, Prince Hall Shriners is a fraternal and charitable organization supporting causes like the NAACP, Legal Defense Fund, Urban League, St. Jude Hospital, voter registration, Shriners as Mentors, along with annual contributions to institutions of higher learning. Founded by John George Jones in 1893, the Prince Hall Shriners has a rich history transcending the evolution of cultures and time.
As part of its collaboration with the ADA, the organization provides substantial grants for medical research. Their contributions also focus on health wellness educational initiatives that highlight diabetes management and awareness, showcasing its dedication to the wellbeing and personal development of its members and communities throughout the United States and the world.
The Prince Hall Shriners is also a member of The Striker Society of the ADA.
