FY 2027 Federal Funding Update: House Committee Takes Action
In early June, the House Appropriations Committee approved a FY 2027 funding measure that includes incremental increases for diabetes research and prevention programs at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Almost all are increases above the fiscal year 2026 (FY26) funding level.
