Terri Wiggins is a mission-driven executive dedicated to advancing equitable health. As Senior Vice President of Health Access & Quality at the American Diabetes Association, she leads national efforts to expand care access, improve health literacy, and strengthen community partnerships—addressing the urgent realities of diabetes, prediabetes, and obesity in the United States.
Previously, she served as Interim President & CEO of the Urban League of Philadelphia, securing millions in funding to support housing, workforce development, and education initiatives. At the American Heart Association, she led national programs to improve cardiovascular health and directed one of the nation’s largest heart health peer support networks. Terri began her career in leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and The Coca-Cola Company.
She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Information Systems from Drexel University.
