The National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) lifestyle change program is a researched-based curriculum that combines nutrition, exercise, and weight-loss education to at-risk adults to prevent or delay diabetes.

The National DPP is a 12-month program you can attend in-person, virtually, through distance learning, or a combination of the three.

This program is currently available in AL, FL, LA, MS, NC, and TX.
